We are very happy with the final results of the installation of our new quartz kitchen counter top. It looks great and the staff were responsive to the few issues that needed their attention. A positive experience with a friendly staff.

We started this journey with Iconic approximately 1 year ago. We dropped in once and then again a second time to get the email address as to where to send our drawings. We waited over 6 months for a reply and a quote from Lisa. The time was near that we needed our countertops and at that point had decided we were probably going to have to use a different Company. We are 4 hours away from this location ( but building local to Kingston) and dropping in through the week wasn't really an option for us. I initially left a review here that we were really disappointed that we had zero response and no quote after this long of time. Emelia reached out immediately and asked that we call her directly which my Husband did. We set up a time to go in and meet as well as forwarded our drawings. We had a quote in less than an hour after that initial call. Now I know that it won't usually happen that way but I feel that she wanted to really make this right for us after waiting so long. We went to Ottawa and picked our slabs (we already knew the quartz we wanted) and than Craig came in and took all measurements for all countertops, island and pantry. Approximately 2 weeks later was install day and everything fit perfectly and looks fabulous. A week later my Husband went in and met the Owner when he picked up our additional piece of granite to go behind the stove. Everyone we personally dealt with after meeting Emelia were fantastic and professional. Our kitchen is beautiful and we are so very Thankful that we were able to use Iconic Stone in the end. The workmanship is truly top notch. My Son and his partner are now building and I'm sure that they too will be reaching out to Emelia and Iconic for their kitchen countertops also. I would 5 star recommend Emelia and Iconic Stone after this.

I recently had a kitchen counter installed by Iconic Stone and am very happy with the finished product. Sales staff and installers were excellent to deal with. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars, not 5, is due to the underside of my counters being very dusty and dirty when installed. It should be a matter of routine these be cleaned before installing them. We had to take out all drawers and clean the underside of the counter so dirt would not fall down on our stuff. Not a huge deal, but could have been prevented.

We are so pleased with the expert advice and service we received from Iconic Stone. Our beautiful countertops and sink installation was perfect. We are so happy with our kitchen renovation and the countertops are the icing on the cake.

Looking to replace our Island's top we visited to look through remnant stock and found some perfect stone (settled on Black Forest, finished with a Pencil Edge). The staff at Iconic Stone were extremely helpful, friendly and had great communication while we sorted out the details after our visit. Getting everything taken care of was super quick including the install and we returned for some quick how-to's for aftercare as well. Would definitely return for the next project. Thanks!

Sales staff are not competent or responsive. They are busy, so they don't seem to care about quoting for new customers or answering simple questions, like slab size or how the seam is done. Big box store quote was cheaper anyway.

This is my second time to Iconic and second time dealing with Lisa. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on both occasions. We are were very pleased with our first experience and look forward to the same results with our next.
