Print shop and supplies

I'm still in shock to hear $3 for transfer fee and .20 cents per copy. What the heck is transfer fee?? I just wanted a print out of a email, ended up going to other printer for only .20 cents.I recommend Shop around for your printing needs.

Great service

Absolutely fantastic service. Whether you are looking to self publish a book or just buy a few sketching pencils. Staff and managementf knows their store and are happy to represent their store well. School supplies, office supplies. Sketching supplies one of the only places in Grand Fall's to buy blending sticks (blunts). If you are an artist and would like a piece of art blown up so you can paint from it This is the place to go. Lots of parking. Very good hours. Excellent business to have in Grand Fall's.

Our usual printer could not meet our deadline this year, so we had two great references for Merritt Press and decided to go with them for our calendar production. To say we were disappointed with the result is an understatement. The binders fell off some, the back page was printed upside down and worst of all, there is a problem with their printer and there is a scratch down the side of every photo from top to bottom and on some photos this causes the ink to smudge.We also were charged more than $700 in taxes, which the customs/border officials said we should not have been charged since the calendars were produced for export. They phoned Merritts to tell them of their error and we went back to get a refund but were told we would have the credit applied to a second batch of calendars we had ordered.When we brought the defects to the company's attention they were most unapologetic. Of the $2,983.00 we had paid them, they offered us $500 in compensation instead of the full refund we requested. They suggested we still try to sell the calendars and they said customers would not mind looking at the defects since they would only have to look at them for a month.Needless to say, we have cancelled the second calendar order and we cannot recommend this printer to anyone.
