Ajax Public Library- Audley Branch

Male librarian is incredibly rude. He has absolutely zero people skills. This location offers curbside pick up. When I called and said I was here for pickup, he said you can come in". I said I'm here for curbside and he said this might be difficult and hung up. I don't know what it is with these people nowadays

Could not get yet a chance to visit inside the library and only used curb-side pickup and drop off facilities.Services are great at the library - prompt and courteous. Online portal is pretty good and library catalogue is pretty rich with presence of many international ones.Online resources and programs looked attractive as well.Nothing much to mention yet as complains. Made a couple of requests for new purchase.. they didn’t go through though even after couple of months.

I like visiting this library. Very simple layout - basically one large room with a lot of natural light, so it always puts me in a good mood. Great movie selection. Kids area is separate - good selection of books and nice carpeted area for toddlers to crawl on, though overall the space is fairly small, as is the library itself. But it's tidy and organized and modern, so it's nice to visit.

Beautiful library and great study spaces, however it is always quite loud. Aren't libraries supposed to be quiet?This location is always busy and I am confused as to why their hours don't reflect this. Why is it closed on Mondays and such short hours on Sundays?

They MUST put a limit on the age for the kids area. I was trying to read books here with my toddlers and a bunch of high school teens are in here so rowdy and loud cussing and what’s now so bad . They also threw the books around the sink area , started laughing loudly and started fighting with each other .wow…pls put an age limit on who can be in the toddler and kids area . It’s called KIDS area for a very specific reason. I called and notified them ASAP. I’m also very shocked not even one person comes in and does any kind of hourly inspection here . I really hope they consider the profanity these teens are using around toddlers and also take action to let them know this is a reading and study area, if you want to fight and make noise then go do that outside. People have loss their respect to libraries. I hope the management does something about this effective and immediately .

One of the best Public recreation centre and library. Amble parking, neat. Library is well organized lot of audio visuals as well. Here there are study rooms, lot of computers with internet, reading room, and seprate sections for teena and juniors.

Amazing place for everyone in the community .. great collection for kids .. covid compliant .. staff are amazing hereSelf Checkout is simple and fast, you can also reserve the books online and you will be notified when these are ready for pickup .. amazing service

Best library in the town, there’s water park, playground outside of the building ~ best place to enjoy family fun~!!!!!!!
