Decent place for quick bite before a game. Menu is typical bar food, nothing different than any other restaurant in the area. Service was particularly slow so be prepared to wait for your meal. Cliquey atmosphere, almost pretentious attitude from staff and servers.

Came here with 3 others on a Monday for happy hour, 4 - 6 PM and stayed until 7:30 PM. We had a great experience, the Home Brew happy hour special is almost unheardof now with the beer on for $4.25 and not in a tiny sleeve. The Monday pizza deal is very good, with half price pizzas ($11 or so for a delicious pie - nothing fancy but very tasty). The food and drink specials were great. Our server was awesome, but he seemed to be the only one waiting tables so service was slow, but was understandable given there was no one else around to help out.

Decor is cute, service was awful and the restaurant was almost empty.. I informed the waitress I had limited time due to being on my lunch break. It took 45 minutes to get a quesadilla and a small pepperoni pizza. I had to end up taking it to go and choking down half my soggy quesadilla at my desk at work. The pepperoni pizza also had banana peppers on it.. but wasn’t specified on their menu. If you’re on a time limit, don’t go.

We're there this last weekend, horrible service...wait, we didn't get served! Walked in, waited for an employee to tell us where to sit or to seat ourselves. A patron had to tell us to sit wherever we wanted. 6 of us sat down, no one served us. My friend's son went to the bar for a drink and told them we needed service, the bartender said a waitress would be over. She no-showed. We moved to another table and 3 waitresses cleaned 3 surrounding tables (within 4 feet of us) still no acknowledgement that we were there and needed service. After about 15 minutes of being ignored we chose to leave. On the way out my friend asked to speak to the manager, the employee said she was a manager and when we explained our experience, she simply looked at us, shrugged, and said sorry. This is the worst case of poor customer service I have ever experienced.

Staff were a little confused with seating arrangements and availability. Managers seemed partial to pleasing their friends instead of general overall customers.(hard to tell but seemed like they were barking at their staff from what we saw)Food was really good. And good selection of beers. The staff behind the bar is what makes this place shine best. They made us feel comfortable and had great attention to detail. Forgot her name, but this was her first day (NY eve) and she looked like she knew more then most staff already. Very pro and kudos to her for bringing the experience one should feel when going to a place like this

Went here before a concert and were seated at a table that looked like it hadn’t been wiped down from the night before. Waited for a server for about 20 mins to order a drink in a practically empty room being as it was 430pm on a Thursday. While we were waiting my wife went to the bathroom to find out that only one was operational and it was a shared bathroom so it was completely wiped out and disgusting. By the time she came back I had already found somewhere else to go for drinks and dinner. If the visible places in your restaurant are that disgusting I could only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Thanks but no thanks.

Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. But the pickle chips were horrifically oversalted, like the chef had a vendetta against me specifically. I would definitely go back. Wouldn't get the pickles.

I had an amazing visit at Home & Away in Edmonton on Saturday. Me and 8 of my friends went in to watch the Oilers game and the service was amazing!! I want to give a special shout-out to Kaitlyn and Abdi for making our visit so great. Will definitely be going back!

Headed to Home and Away with some friends before hitting Blink 182. Definitely glad I made a reservation as it was busy. The food and drinks were good but our service was quiet slow. It took over an hour for our food to come out and our server didn’t come back for a good 45 minutes to see if we wanted to get another round of drinks. We also had to flag down a server who wasn’t ours to get our bills. I would still come back but probably not on an event night as the service was just too slow.
