We bought an anti fog LED mirror… we asked them if the mirror will have anti fog feature to which they (Gini) said yes… they gave us the mirror with LED alone and they won’t return the mirrors as it is a special order… the sad affair is we bought two such mirrors from them :(Please stay away! They have no regards for their own words… by the way we got a cheaper option on Amazon with anti fog feature… dealing with them can only give you hypertension…

Very bad taste dealing with them! We purchased 3 vanities from them close to 1500 cad… We had specifically asked for soft close drawers and doors and visited their store several times. The vanity they had shown was with soft close drawers.The delivered order is without soft close drawers and only soft close doors. On call they have totally and completely gone back on their words!So far, bad experience and rude customer service seems to be their unique selling point.
