Had a great experience! Both workers, Brandon and Nero (apologies if I misspelled) were extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Myself, my mother and my sister all upgraded our phones, and Brandon took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood everything. Very happy with both the deals and customer service!

I just had the pleasure of coming to WOW! Mobile Boutique in the Pickering Town Centre. Niro, the Store Manager and his staff were absolutely incredible to deal with. So friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable with their products.I came in very nervous about purchasing a new phone, but Niro immediately made me comfortable...taking time to explain everything.If you need a new phone, this is the place to go for service excellence!

purchased a business phone plan from here yesterday and I cannot make or receive calls. Obviously, a review was not my first course of action, however, as I sit here at my NEIGHBOURS HOUSE MAKING THIS CALL, the big brained staff continues to pick up the phone and hang up. Absolutely brutal. Expect a complaint from head office. I’d leave my number for your manager to call me back directly BUT I AM UNREACHABLE THANKS TO YOUR FANTASTIC JOB AT FAILING TO COMPLETE THE BARE MINIMUM.
