I have nothing but high praise for Larry's excellent customer service. He cares about his customers, which is rare these days. Friendly, acommodating, thorough, and knowledgeable. There are very few Bernina dealers and repair shops in Durham Region now, and fortunately, we have Larry's Sewing Machines.

If I could give Larry more than 5 stars... I would! I brought my machine to be fixed and Larry immediately identified the problem. I needed a new spring foot for my machine, but unfortunately they don't make it anymore. Larry was able to find a solution to my problem and he said: Free of charge" since he did not have to purchase the part. I am really impressed about his professionalism and honesty. I would definitely recommend Larry for anything re: sewing machines. Thank you very much Larry!"

Am writing this on behalf of my mom (a senior) who took her sewing machine to Larry's place for repair, my mom was so impressed of his politeness and kindness, helping carry the sewing matching into store from the trunk of her car, he then opened the whole machine and put it back together, repairing it so fast & quick. when my mom wanted to pay him, he said it is OK no charge, even though my mom insisted for him to take money, he said the work was very simple and he didn't charge anything. she has another sewing machine that she will take for repair as she said he is very knowledgeable & skilled. She definitely highly recommend this place!

I brought in a 25 year old Bernina 1530 with several issues. Larry took the time to take the machine apart, explain the problems, and provide an estimate without charging me for this. But most importantly, Larry provided me with a realistic expectation of the outcome if I was to proceed with repairing all these problems for this old machine. Unfortunately, it was not economically feasible or practical to have all this work done. I really appreciate Larry for his integrity and honesty...
