My fiancé and I were very close to purchasing an engagement ring online, however after going to Mokada we were very happy we didn’t. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and great to deal with. Answering all our questions and helped design the perfect engagement ring. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Mokada and would recommend this place to anyone looking to design their engagement ring!

Liz and her team were so unbelievably helpful and professional, they taught me the in’s and outs of diamonds and the process of custom rings. They respect your budget and never pressure you for anything extra. I recommend people to go to Mokada if you want to make a custom ring and want to really understand everything that your making, it makes it that much more special during the process.

I recently received my grandmothers engagement ring. It’s a gorgeous ring and my grandmother had very small fingers. Mokada was able to take the ring from a size 4 to a size 9. All well keeping my grandmothers traditional band the same. Highly recommend their exceptional service!

I commissioned a custom engagement ring from Mokada, after being told by multiple other jewellers that either the design I wanted or the stone (green amethyst) I wanted weren’t an option. I had reached the point of defeat, thinking that my chance to work with a local Winnipeg jeweller before leaving the province would be shot. They not only had a design ready for me upon my first visit to look at, but had ordered STONES I was looking for to try out!! I came into Mokada with an almost impossibly tight timeline to buy an engagement ring with a plan to propose in the next two weeks. A friend had recommended Mokada and because I had a specific ring in mind, I decided to see if they could help me out. I was blown away by their service and their expertise. Liz was able to get me an appointment the next day, and she spent over an hour and a half working with me based on the inspiration photos I had. I came in not knowing much about engagement rings or diamonds or anything like that, and Liz was kind and knowledgable and explained everything I needed to know and helped me become informed while still allowing me to make the decisions, using an awesome design system so I could create exactly what I wanted. It meant a lot to me the way Liz was 'all in' in helping me make the timeline and meet my budget, and she put in lots of extra work to get the ring made on time. Sure enough they were able to get me the ring on time. Without all her help and service I would have never been able to get the ring I wanted in the time I needed it. Both me and my fiancee are incredibly happy with the ring we bought from Mokada, and the way they went above and beyond for me in service. Great place. With their help I was able to put together a design for my wife’s engagement ring. And when time for the wedding came we went back for our wedding bands. This process with mokada and Liz went far above anything I expected. Started with a zoom call and the walk through she had about diamonds was so thorough I felt like a mini expert by the end. Second session was in person to finish the design and it went even better. What they can build and show with the computer programming was amazing and customizing seemed endless with possibilities. When picking up the ring and seeing it for the first time the computer images didn’t do it justice and blew my expectations. I have nothing but great things to say about Liz and how everything went at Mokada. Highly recommended and will be getting our wedding bands designed with them as well when the time comes!

I went to Mokada to design an engagement ring. As someone with no knowledge of diamonds or jewelry I didn't know what to look for or expect. Working with Liz, she was absolutely outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable in her craft. Taking the time to explain the ins and outs of diamonds and the various types of bands you can get. With her help I was able to put together the ring of my fiancés dreams. I have found in my past experiences at various jewellers they can be pushy and try to upsell you.
