We had our spa installed by Jeff who delivered amazing service and knowledge about the product and went above what was expected with the installation we are extremely happy with Jeff and would recommend for any electrical needs.

Attentive, and so helpful, from my initial call to the install day! I had purchased a cedar tub independently and their team came to install it. Price as quoted and very friendly service! Chris, the Technician was so helpful, walking me through the process of owning and caring for a spa (I'm a Newbie), he made sure that I knew I could reach out to them anytime, bring my water samples in to get tested, etc. I will definitely recommend RMPS.

We chose Rocky Mountain when we bought our new Hot Tub because everything about the experience there was better than all of the other places we'd gone. Nicer, cleaner showroom, more friendly staff, and a generally more welcoming experience. Our salesperson, Sarah, made sure to take the time to answer all of our questions as well as explain the differences between the 'good, better, best' lines in the Hotspring catalogue. Sarah was easily the most personable salesperson we'd spoken with and genuinely seemed to care about our family's needs when searching for a spa.We ultimately chose the Flair model from the Limelight collection (Hotspring's middle tier line) and spent a bit more money than we had planned, but felt there was real value in the Freshwater Salt system and the 24h circulation pump that justified extra spend over the Relay model from the Hotspot collection (the lower tier line). From all of my research, Hotspring is a very reputable and reliable brand and we decided to buy one as a result of the quality of the spa and Hotspring's reputation.Prior to installation I attended Rocky Mountain's free Spa School class where Drew taught everyone how to manage the water chemistry and prolong the life of your spa. This class was very informative and Drew was great.Jeff and his installation partner did a fantastic job during installation and were in and out much more quickly than I thought they'd be. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great install. Their work was an easy 5 stars.I wanted to wait for a while before posting my review so I could get the full experience from sale to soak. Now that we've been using our spa daily for the past month I can say very confidently that I LOVE our Hotspring Flair spa and am incredibly satisfied with this purchase. We elected to run our spa with the Freshwater Salt system and can definitely recommend the upgrade to anyone struggling to decide if it's worth it. The salt water feels amazing on our skin and the built-in ability to generate chlorine will save us on chemical costs and maintenance.We just had a service technician (Chris) out today to have a look at a problem with the LED lights that ended up being a very easy fix. The LED connection had been knocked loose during installation and some of the lights weren't working correctly. Chris was very friendly and gave me some great advice on extending the life of our spa cover.

Chris Clements is our most fav technician they have working here! I always request him, he goes out of the way to keep our cost down he’s super knowledgeable and so friendly! I emailed him over the weekend that I needed a new spa cover, he was able to find one in stock and had it delivered to me within 48hours. When we are ready to upgrade to a pool I can assure you we will be asking for Chris to be a part of the process! Timely, cost effective and super knowledge! Thank you!!!!!

Collin provided excellent service. He went above and beyond in helping us do regular maintenance on our hot tub. Provided a list after he was complete for us to follow which was great since we have never owned a tub. Will be using them every time!

Needed assistance with my ACE Cell replacement; received great in store advice from Drew, then text msg help from Alex from Service and finally on site by Colin. All prompt, all cheerful supportive assistance

It has been a pleasure dealing with the folks at RMPS from the initial purchase, install and services. Our latest experience with Drew where he patiently explained the care and maintenance of our unit and was extremely patient with our questions was fantastic! Once the day of our install arrived, Craig was knowledgeable, efficient and took the time to ensure all items were functioning properly before leaving site. Chris Clements is a Senior technician at RMPS. He provides great service. He is friendly, courteous, and well organized. He arrived promptly on time and repaired my hot tub fast and efficiently. He is a wealth of knowledge and he was able to answer all my hot tub questions.Alex is the service Manager. Great place, fully stocked with top of the line chemicals and the staff is super knowledgeable, helpfull just not in a pushy way, they have been our go to for hot tub supplies and service for years
