I was in because my friends computer that I built for him was in a booting loop (constantly shutting down) and figured this was the place to go to get it fixed. The truth is, its the worst spot you can possibly go to. He treats customers like idiots and says his motherboard came from China. Told me the parts he ordered were new" over the phone and when I go to pick up my final product (two weeks after the fact - after being told every couple days a DIFFERENT part needs to be replaced) my 100 bill turned into a $780 bill. With garbage parts. He replaced my intel i7 3770 with a i7 950 (three generations older.. and a 6 year old motherboard) if you are looking to get ripped off this is the place to go. I asked for my old parts back he only gave me the old power supply and motherboard and kept what I'm assuming is a fully functional $350 processor. I can't believe that this guy is still in business. We called to get our Processor back and he hangs up on us ".Please don't waste your money on garbage parts for 500% markup.He also doesn't charge tax on cash transactions and I will be contacting the Canada Revenue Agency."

I brought my custom built pc to this computer shop looking for office, Windows the usual. I leave the computer with him for a couple of days. He calls me to say my motherboard is no good. After paying him for his time and parts, things still weren't working right. I had to go back recently, he fixed one small issue but the pc is not functioning properly. I'm not very satisfied.

Replaced my Asus laptop screen very fast, very impressed with how fast and cheep it was! Very good guy to go to!

Pete tried to solve my problem over the phone (no charge) and when that didn't work, I brought my computer in and he solved it quickly while I waited - at a minimal charge. I will definately come back for future tech issues.

I have a friend who had his computer repaired here. He told him multiple things were broken that were not and charged him to replace them then would not give him his parts back. Would not reccomend

Been going to Computer Solutions for 10+ years now, they have been able to fix my computer every time I get a virus or if it just isn’t running right. Always up today on the latest trends and technology. The service is much better than a computer store chain, and better quality computers. Looking forward to having them build a computer for my granddaughter.
