Pioneer - Gas Station

I received the worst service at this gas station that I have received in a really long time. I had to ask the guy at counter 3 times how my much2 bottles of water came to. He pointed to the number didn't even tell me. When I was leaving I saw the guy texting though the window. I'll never be back here.

very good customer service I am a truck driver and I usually work at night, the night shift workers (Ahmad and Hosam) are very helpful and nice people the helped with my truck, the washroom was very clean and smelled good. I highly recommend you to use this location and it's very safe at night.

Rude and arrogant ppl working and possible owning it . Overcharge on items which are clearly posted ! $2.49 for a slushy and charged $3.39. When I questioned him he said it was taxes . Last time I checked taxes are 13% maybe the extra was going to his pocket . I left the slushy behind and will never go back into that location . Rude and arrogant I will take my money elsewhere to ppl who deserve it .

I finish work so late and I go there for the full service, very kind and friendly people especially Ahmad and Hossam. Nevertheless I asked to use the washroom and it was one of the cleanest on the hole area.

Wish I could give them 0 star. My 4 years old daughter had to go the washroom and my car broke down at this gas station. I asked them if we could use the washroom and both of the guys at the counter pointed out to go Esso gas station across the street, I had 2 other small kids with me too. Asked for mask and they had no mask either.

Very neat and clean gas station and staff is very friendly.

This station is always about 5 cents cheaper than the stations just a few minutes down the road. This is one of the reasons I always fuel up here.

I just ask the rep. If I can use the toilet, the rep.’s expression was enough to say that how rude he was! I was there at 9:30am on August 18. That was very unprofessional as an costomer service rep. The owner should train staff properly(unless the guy was not the owner himself).

I recently visited one of your car washes at Appleby Line and Harvester in Burlington. I have never had such a terrible experience in my life at a car wash.The place is run down, the infrastructure was not functioning properly, the owners had the soap WAY overtuned which I fully understand is a gimmick to add time to the wash when rinsing but this was just ridiculous. With the amount of soap coming out it also completely stained my clothes, arms and legs yellow and blue which I can’t seem to scrub off.This was the main motivator for my review because this should never happen. I’m sure Pioneer has standards they enforce but it sure doesn’t seem like anything is being properly run here. I will never visit another Pioneer again.
