I took my fiancé for supper.Food was amazing, but the service was excellent.Our server was exceptional!Our dessert was on the house when they heard it was his birthday.Definitely recommend this place.A must try! Their ribs are the best!

Prime rib was great. Our server Mason did a great job and was very attentive. Prime rib sandwich was somewhat dry and wasn’t super fresh. Otherwise great atmosphere and layout. Good staff.

Servers was great. Friendly , interacted with the kids, knowledgeable, and had appropriate timing when checking in us but also letting us eat and converse. The culinary expert brought out a piece of complimentary birthday cake for my father in law and thanked us for our patronage.Kids meals, main courses and desserts were all delicious. I expected this from The Keg and it was nice to not be disappointed.

First time ordering. Delivery was fast. Food was great but steak was a tad dry. Burger was good, the pork ribs were good as well. Overall good meal. Will visit next time.

We had a horrible experience. First tried to navigate their online ordering and weren't able to pay with a gift card(should be noted on web page before going through everything, then phoned in order couldn't use gft card there either, went and ordered, and picked up in store. This gift card was given so we could have an easy evening(not so much) . For 70 bucks it was very mediocre we got 2 of their burgers bacon was raw. Got shrimp cocktail way to much horseradish in seafood sauce.

Terrible service, potentially discriminatory? Our waiter, a tall gentleman, was not welcoming, nor friendly at all upon our arrival. Additionally, our whole dinner felt extremely rushed as he took our food away without even asking, as well as not bringing our drinks that we ordered. To top it all off, when we were about to make the payment, he skipped the tip option, perhaps assuming that we weren't going to tip him? I don't believe that he deserved a tip but we were courteous enough to still leave cash despite the poor treatment. Just because we fit a certain stereotypical demographic / criteria does not mean we deserve to be treated any different from other paying customers. Please review your employee training protocols. Also, please sharpen your knives, this is a steakhouse I assume, which should have knives sharp enough to cut through steak?

Steak was cold, over priced. One side that was meh. Had to ask for a serrated Steak knife because the one provided couldn't cut butter. Even then had to saw it like wood. Won't ever be going back. Server was good
