I had the opportunity and the luck to being assisted by Salar directly in finding a place to rent. As a premise, I must confess that I am a very picky and obsessive client, so probably I am the nightmare of every real estate agent. I had the pleasure of working with Salar to find me a home in Toronto. Prior to working with Salar I worked with a couple different realtors/companies that did not have my best interest. That experience made me feel un easy and not motivated to keep looking. When I met Salar he took the time to sit with me, explain in detail the process I had to go through to purchase a home, answer every/any question I had, and look through areas that best suited me. Salar took the time to show me different areas of Toronto, pros and cons of each area, and what he thought would work best for me. We bought our first house in Canada with Salar, and it was a tremendously amazing experience. Not only Salar was professional and accommodating our very last minute changes in the schedule of showings, but also he answered and clarified many doubts and questions we had. Also, he was able to find a balance during the hunt between my and my wife's concepts and ideas, quite different, showing us different options and making us realize what we wanted, bringing his experience but without pushing for his personal view. Same for the offers we put and the final purchase we did: on that day, he balanced our two opposite approaches to the seller's counter-offers, dealt with their agent, and his way made us obtain an excellent house. Overall great, fun, experienced, reliable, available, quick replies.

Salar was everything you want in a real estate agent. So very hard working,attentive and with great patience.
