Greatest bank to deal exceptionally helpful and amazing service couldn't ask for more, especially when the big banks just think your nothing important beside your money.

Do not fall for the promotions to switch to this bank. The service is very incredibly bad. There is zero follow-up. Myself and family members have had terrible experiences.

Staff is extremely polite and professional. I felt appreciated and respected. They treat people the way clients should be treated.

Nice people to deal with very helpfulp

This is a good bank for regular banking activities, but I wouldn't recommend it for investments, such as RRSP's. Every time I try to deal with my investment portfolio I feel lied to and manipulated.

Exceptional customer service. It’s wonderful to be part of a “bank” that you’re not simply seen as a number. The big banks don’t really much care about you, the customer and my experience again has been wonderful because of the helpful staff at this branch. Treated and respected as “a customer”… what a great old-school way of conducting business.Thank you Jessica for your efforts and follow up in escalating a security issue that was brought to light with the third party Interac service so many of us use and trust. Hopefully things will get sorted out and thanks to the branch manager, for understanding the situation and finding an amicable solution to my problem.

We unfortunately had a rather negative experience at this branch.While the front of desk staff were very friendly and greeted us warmly, things went downhill as soon as the mortgage advisor Tanya called us in for our meeting.She started off the meeting by chastising us for having had to change our appointment date on a couple of occasions. I explained that this was because we had been sick and did not want to make others ill. She then proceeded to question us repeatedly if we were still sick, even after I assured her that we were all now well.Following this, she worked her hardest to get us out of her office. She explained that she was going on vacation and that we should contact the mobile mortgage agent instead. She gave us the mobile mortgage agent's card, and got us out of her office in less than 5 minutes.What frustrates me is that we drove down all the way from Midland to speak to this mortgage specialist
