Worst experience with car's dealer. Had an appointment with Robert for a used car. He was not welcoming at all. He left us at his desk and said he has another appointment with a client without finishing with us. Had to ask him to explain how to finance the car and what are our different payments possibilities and he left us. It's like we were not clients for him. Anyway, this was the wors experience i had since years with car dealers.

They think people buy 40+ thousand dollar cars / SUVs without negotiations and by paying website prices. We were looking at the Sorento and the salesman refused to negotiate on any aspect of the car either on price, accessories or even winter tires etc just because he thought he had offered us a fair trade-in value on our car. A car we didn't even want to trade-in, mind you! He even got angry, got up to gesticulate and started talking about protecting his dignity" because we asked if he could include winter tires in the price! We walked. It's simply not worth it to go into or deal with dealerships like this. Go to a better dealer. The cars are nice

We did not end up to conclude a lease with KIA Brossard as we found an earlier/unscheduled car at another KIA dealership, but the service and responsiveness from sales and finance personnel was very friendly and professional that we still would like to recommend this dealership. Getting the deposit back was uncomplicated too. We come back if needed!

Ordered in October, they've lied about when they'd receive the car over 5 times, they keep pushing the date back, its not even the color I wanted or the model I wanted.

Claude Fontaine was the sales representative that helped us through our process. He did his follow up and that's the reason we have a Carnival now. We went to dealership to see what they have in stock and get a price then one week after we left the dealership with a brand new car. Quick, precise and easy.

Great dealership with a huge selection in their inventory. As a platinum dealer they have Kia’s top-end sedan, the Cadenza, and they’re also an EV dealership, so you can buy vehicles like the Soul EV and the new Niro EV. Service is great and their staff is very friendly with service in both official languages.

I thought dealers here were different. My dealer was so nice and kind BEFORE I SIGN THE AGREEMENT OF PURCHASE, but after the car was sold, the attitude changed and became so arrogant and cold. He was begging me to provide the highest review on Kia's survey so I did but I will contact Kia Canada to change and tell them my survey answers were not truth and I only gave the best because the dealer was begging me.

This the highest quality Kia dealer in Montérégie. I always get my car here as the Kia dealer near me is low quality and pays very little respect to their customers. No better Kia dealer in Quebec I’ve ever gone to other than this one.

We had Lee-Ann, she was great and down to earth. Really didn't mess around very personable and knew what we were after and made the deal as easy as possible. Kia Brossard as a whole were very good to deal with and I'd buy from them again. Thanks for a great car
