Sent our granddaughter to pickup a blizzard. As the deal for bogo expires the 26th and it’s the 25th. Only for her to come back to tell us they don’t participate as it expired?? Looking at the add again it says the 26th.To late to return.

Stopped at the DQ in Greenwood for a quick trip through the drive thru. Most of our order ended up in the trash. It was not edible. The burger buns were completely SATURATED with grease...so much so that it was running out of the bun & pooling in the box it came in. It was horrible. We tried to take the burgers apart & eat was okay" as we were in a hurry & hungry. We pulled out of the parking lot feeling sick. It was gross."

Hit the drive thru, ordered my meal. Arrived at the window and you might have put a poster of a person. Did not say anything, held out their hand for my money, passed my drink then my food and shut the window. I guess I interrupted the 5 person conversation inside. Fyi, I did say thank to the closed window.

The incompetence at this location is sickening a woman come in orders a sundae the girl puts nuts in it the woman said I'm allergic and she just dumps it out and proceeded to make it in the same cup people can have a searous reaction to this and the woman didn't care at all and acted absolutely rude too both of us when we addressed her about it and today in the drive throught the blond girl was absolutely rude didn't say a word just held the debit machine out the window and glared at us and the food was cold and absolutely nasty please hire better staff before they get u sued

Went through the drive- through tonight. Waited longer than nessesary for our order. Ordered two meals one with a poutine and some flame thrower sauce on the side. One soft drink had nearly no pop in it, tasted purely like chemicals..No fork for poutine. Lettuce on both burgers were in balls thrown into the sandwiches that had to be discarded. Old fries. Didn’t get sauce on the side. Turned car around and waited patiently inside for five minutes before I told someone that I just needed the flame- thrower sauce that I wasn’t given. Come to realize after getting back into the car with it, it was not flame thrower sauce. I understand that people can get overwhelmed but please pay attention before a mistake is made that cannot be forgiven, and please make the food as if you were to eat it yourself. Disappointed for spending $30.

My family and I used to love eating here. But nowadays the service sucks and no one there can take orders. After I went through the drive-thru and drove home my sauce and tossed chicken was plain and didn't get the kids burger or fries. I m tired of incompetent service and WILL NOT be back.

DQ is our favorite place for burgers, but we'll never be back to the Greenwood location. It used to be great there but has gone way downhill. After many times forgiving them for messing up my order, not giving me everything I ordered, not seeming to understand English when ordering in the drive thru, changing my total between ordering and giving me my change when I have no way of knowing if that's the right total or if they're ripping me off, today was the last visit I'll be making there. Messed up my total, took 4 people to figure out change from $20 and when they gave me less change than I was expecting made some excuse and said the total was actually more. Then I only got one of my combos. I wanted two of the same thing. They charged me $17.90 and thought one combo was all I ordered??? Spent another 15 mins repeating over and over again that I wanted two combos and only got one. Went from the only car in the drive thru to having a line up behind me. Food was cold. One of the burgers had a big hole in the bun where someone's thumb went through it and there was a puddle of sauce all over the bottom of the box. And every time THEY'VE messed up in the past year or so since things went to hell at that location, they give the customer attitude and treat you like you're the problem for not accepting their incompetence. You can't mess up that much and not even be nice about it, this is Canada.

The service was slow and the the cashier took over 8 minutes the ring the order in. The food was absolutely disgusting. And it goes with out saying I will not be going there anymore and would not recommend anyone else to go either.
