Bought an elf bar and it was defective (kept burning continuously after hitting) even opened it in the front of the store within their camera range. After going back to exchange I was told it is against their policy even though the cashier understood there was a problem. Horrible way to do business and waste of money as I had to throw it out due it not stopping at all.

Not sure what's going on ! Have bought 3 packs of vape pods in the last week from this place , usually I go through 1 pack a week. The pods I get from this place seem to go MUCH faster than normal, my girlfriend has noticed the same thing with hers. The tops pop right off them also!Not the happiest customer unfortunately

Bought two disposable vapes from this store and both did not function. First one had blown up inside the packaging and they gave me another one, second one would not turn off after each use and was over heating. They would not exchange or refund the second one. I do not recommend this store.
