It's the only place to stay in Fruitvale, the price is reasonable but it's kinda run down. It's fine in a pinch or if u r low income but otherwise I wouldn't really recommend it.

Probably the grossest hotel I've stayed in. The whole place stank, almost no customer service. The shower didn't drain properly so by the time you were done showering you'd be standing in 3 inches of water. overall I would not recommend. Just sleep in your car instead. Far to expensive for what you get.

The room was very clean and I had one problem with the power, it turned out that the switch was not marked and was in the off position. Overall the outside of the property needed a lot of clean up. I was met by the on-site friendly cat and enjoyed my time there very much!!

Good food and friendly staff. Our waitress was a little too eager to provide our bill, but otherwise very hospitable. What holds this place back from a higher star rating is the lack of maintenance to the rest of the facility. Parking lot and washrooms are in a state of disrepair, and even though this is not the responsibility of the restaurant owner, it does detract from her business.

If I could give a zero star review, i would. Very untrustworthy and not dependable. We booked/reserved a room and last minute they canceled our reservation. They knew we were coming from Northern Alberta, but they didn't care....They left us stranded, unable to get a room anywhere. DON NOT trust them!

Hotel was okay to lay your head for the night. Not the cleanest rooms but I've seen worse. Lots of stairs to climb up which was tough for my elderly parents. View in the morning was nice!

To begin my trip i was forced to wait over 30 minutes in 40 degree weather for the owners to even show up to the property then the owner tried to force me to pay for my service animal. After i explained many times that its against the laws. Once i told her im leaving if she charges me. Once i get up to the room it was disgusting and the walls had stuff dripping off them and there was no ac or fans or anything so it's extremely hot. Never will return again. Horrible do not stay.

I would give this hotel negative stars. The hotel is a housing unit. People were stealing from the buildings around the area and cops were showing up every second day. The rooms are old. The toilet and sink don't drain. This hotel needs to be torn down. Only thing is a nice cat that runs free in the hotel but if your Alergic then your out of luck. My advice don't stay here for the same money you can stay 5 minites away in a hotel not an inn

Rusted out car on flat tires parked directly in front of office. Registration desk was only staffed a few hours a day. Lobby and common areas of motel were filthy (stairs were covered in dog fur and had not been vacuumed in weeks). Floors of room felt dirty (glad we brought slippers). Bathroom filthy with dirty running toilet. Decent WIFI.

Very quiet. Very friendly. New beds. Slept well! Wife was down for emergency surgery in Trail and being low income farm workers we couldnt afford an expensive fancy motel for me to get some after two days no sleep. Surgery went well but wife had to spend another night in recovery. The motel is older style yes but the price was worth every penny. Two nights and i am rested. Thanks to nice management! Great coffee too! Would stay again if needed.
