I very much appreciate the knowledgeable service, the professionalism of the staff, but more than this, the empathy, compassion and kindness I receive every time I visit Compass, in Red Deer, AB. The medical industry is highly regulated here in AB, and most higher level medical professionals are arrogant, rude and without compassion. What a wonderful contrast when I come to Compass for my holistic approach to my health. A drop of kindness makes a huge difference. Heartfelt appreciation for this superb community service.

I recently had an appointment at this clinic and found the employees to be very polite and helpful. They do need to answer voice messages and e-mails in a more timely manner (currently takes 2 days) but this could be due to a shortage of staff. Overall quite happy.

Seems unfortunate I've read of a few bad experiences because my experience was just fine. It helps that I have previous knowledge on medical cannabis but even if you don't, the staff makes it very straightforward to line up with an LP that suits your medical needs. The staff and doctor were all friendly and offered suggestions and advice, I even got some great advice for schooling from the front desk lady! Very personable people, I noticed clients of various ages in the clinic and all were treated with the same friendly reception I got upon entering. It was a bit difficult to get an appointment at first, but had no trouble when calling, my calls were answered 95% of the time, and people get busy. It's a busy industry, it's a relatively newer industry compared to most that will take time to perfect especially since it's JUST been legalized recreationally and people are learning more about it openly. My only notes are to ensure proper staffing to help with any wait times and to help ease the flow of clients. Keep up the good work!

Booked an appointment three months ago, got a confirmation phone call about appointment last week and went today they said It was not in their system and no appointment available. This was a doctor referral and they said they had nothing. Being handicap and having to get Transportation to the clinic was a waste of money. Staff was extremely rude and was told to call in a week or so to book another appointment for when they change their calendar to next month. Was a horrible experience and hope the staff learns how to smile and be pleasant.

Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Definitely willing to help explain everything and make your experience comfortable. My only criticism is that I was given a prescription with an error on the expiration date, but they were able to fix that quite quickly when I brought it to their attention!

I was apprehensive when first coming to the clinic but the staff there go above and beyond to make one feel at ease. One is encouraged to ask questions and they take the time to make you feel as though every issue and concern is addressed. The doctors are very pleasant and will discuss any concerns as well. This is a superior facility and the patient's comfort and ease are at the top of each and every one of all of their priorities! Great place!

Love these ladies! The knowledge and friendly staff are amazing! I had an issue with my new licensed producer and was very unimpressed, they immediately sent me a list of producers which would better suit my budget. I will always talk these gals up. They are great and can give you ALL the cannabis knowledge that you cannot get on the recreational side.

The staff on hand are very friendly, helpful and professional. The clinic itself is clean and well laid out. The do care about the service that they provide. I had an issue with the physician that saw me which resulted in a....less than 5 star review. Within hours of posting it they had called and let me know that I wasn't the only one and that particular doctor would not be back at that location. So they do care and if you have an issue bring it up in a constructive manner and more than likely they will try and make things right.Keep up the great work and again thank you.

From the very first contact on the phone the staff and management of Compass has gone the second mile for me. My first intake was up in Edmonton where they fit in my appointment with compassion and good listening ears. Closer to where we live, I go to the Red Deer clinic where they call me by name and recognize my voice on the phone. I would recommend this company and am glad for their kind assistance.

Was pretty happy about having a clinic in red deer, however in the office was very unprofessional. The doctor was a bit rude, and mistakes were made when they set up my account. They don't answer the phone very often, and the broken website for booking makes it very hard to get back in when you have to go every 3 months. I know a person who moved from Calgary, they never set up her account because it was Tilray. This person called and called with no answer or call back and eventually this person went back to Calgary to keep his prescription. Growing pains maybe, but I think they really just want it to be a dispensary more than a doctors office.
