Very polite and coutious and explained the new policy they have. Unfortunatly they do t print cards on the spot anymore and csn take 4 to 6 weeks to mail a card out. But she explained it very clear and easy to understand

The black employee is very very RUDE!When I handed him my ecopr, he asked me for the real document. I told him this is my ecopr copy, it is the real document. Then he started yelling at me for the real document and the card. When I explained to him that I hadn’t received the physical card yet. He yelled louder and asked do you have your card over and over again. After I answered same question at lease three times, he said he need to ask his supervisor. In fact, the ecopr document works, I don’t know why he keeps yelling and ask for the physical card. It’s very rude!

The absolute worst service, had a representative tell me I wouldn’t be able to comprehend the explanation for why my health card isn’t here, when I applied for it early this year. She then proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t care if the Health Card is for a 70 Year Old Lady that’s waiting to go seek medical attention… Proceeded to then say I was being difficult when all I was doing was respectfully asking for an update. As soon as I stood up to her disgusting behaviour, she hung up the call.. When I had waited for 1.5hours in queue for a SIMPLE update that could’ve been done within seconds by a simple computer search on her end.Absolutely disgusting behaviour and of course no repercussions whatsoever for her actions. This place is on par with MPI’s representatives, classic Provincial Service. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Just sharing my application process:I started applying at February 21 , and after I waited for 5 weeks, they emailed me that I needed to add a document.Ok, I submitted it on March 31st,which means I have to wait more than 5 weeks again. In early May, I called them to confirm whether it was in the process. They told me that everything is fine, just to wait.Until in June, I still haven't got the card. I kept calling and they told me it wasn't approved because my lease has expired??Why do I send emails many times to ask how it's going, and all got are automatic replies. And every time I made a call, I always wait online for more than 1 hour. (Quite coincidentally, I always start with No. 7 on the waiting list. )Been waiting for 4 months. Yes not 4 weeks but 4 months. I still don't know when I can get this health card.

Depending on when you arrive during their business hours you may not receive full services. They cutoff full service after a certain time. Customers should have access to the same service regardless of when they arrive.
