They have serious measurement scale issue!!I had few plastic drop offs and they charged me $48I complained that can’t be that much and they measured my car again it showed ~$20.They told me they will refund but the refund did not come.How can you have the unreliable scale??

I've ben there more times then I'd like 2 admit,,Stinks,Most times,but it's a good ran place,,Staff know what they're doing and always let you know what you can and can't do..so yes thumbs up

Fantastic staff guided me to exactly where I needed to go. That meant jumping the long as I had E-waste and didn't need to weigh in and out.It's well located for my needs and easy to enter and leave. I was able to do my dropoff and get moving again quickly.The staff at Toronto Information 311 was very helpful is answering my questions about the opening hours.

Quick reliable location, have been using this location since 2017. They have added staff to help with the recycling and hazardous materials. It’s really busy on Saturday.However some nights they are open until (2100) but you should plan to get there for 2045.Great facility where else can you go to get rid of rubbish. One stop drive through.

Had I know it was this easy, I wouldn't have waited so long! The process was smooth and efficient. I had two tires, recycling, hazardous waste (old gasoline, CFL bulbs,) and old fence boards. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient. Next time I will bundle up more / bring more garbage (flat rate was $17 < 100 kg?) to make it more worth while.
