We made an appointment to get a quote for a new furnace and AC unit. The appointment was originally made for 6pm, but said he might be there between 530-630pm. It was 7pm, and we hadn’t heard from him at all, so my husband called to ask when we could expect him and he said “I can come tomorrow”. We decided to cancel the appointment instead. In my opinion this was very unprofessional and unreliable considering the amount of money we would be spending with this company. A courtesy call to reschedule or let us know he’d be late would have gone a long way. Someone else will be getting our business.
