I highly recommend Assurance Appraisals. I found they were very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, experienced, prompt, and courteous. They provided a clear, detailed, professional report of fair market value, clearly taking into account relevant Canadian regulations and local market considerations. They took the time to educate me and to answer all my questions thoroughly first over the phone, then in person during the appraisal, and then by email afterwards as well. They were very quick to respond, accommodated my schedule, and actually delivered the report early! I would certainly choose Assurance Appraisals again in future.

Yes,It was a very nice experience.I emailed them and they replied within a few minutes and educated me about the procedure and then I ordered an appraisal for my house. Peyman was a professional who explained every details of paper work and did his job perfect and on time. I recommend him to others.

I am pleased with Assurance Appraisals company. They are very professional, detail oriented, and efficient. The appraisal (mr. Etemadi) arrived right on time. He inspected the house, took a few pictures from outside and inside the house, he did measuring the whole property inside and outside. he took time and answered every of my questions. Within a few days he sent me the report by email. Although the report is in details and long, but also it is very clear and easy to understand, I found the report and result fair and professional. I highly recommend this Assurance Appraisal.
