Steve performed a pre-sale house inspection on our daughters home which was a real benefit to her selling her home. Also the pre-purchase of her new home that enabled her to negotiate a better price because of his thorough inspection.He was respectful of her home and belongings and had the report ready later that same day. We'll absolutely use him when it's time for our next purchase. He was prompt to answer questions and the realtor was impressed with the detail in his report and the thorough knowledge he has in what he's doing.Definitely use him for your house inspections!

Steve has been great to have helping with the purchase of our home. He coordinated with our realtor and the owners of the home we are buying. He provided us with a very extensive report of the inspection, highlights of any potential issues and pictures of everything. He makes his report available in an easy to access online format. So searching for any detail is easy. He has an amazing eye for finding even the smallest flaw or issue. I was worried when the person buying my home hired him to do the inspection. But everyone wants to hire the best.
