Noah saved a lot of money! He was here by dinner when I called this morning when my upright right freezer failed. In less than 30 minutes, we were diagnosed, had the part, and fixed the freezer. Our washing machine was just fixed by Noah at VSR Appliance Repair. He was very prompt in his assistance, provided excellent service, and charged very reasonable prices. He would absolutely be used again by us.

I had scheduled a repair technician to come between 5-7 pm to look at our washing machine. The day of the appointment I called at 3 pm to confirm our appointment. At 6:45 pm the technician had not arrived and I had not received any phone calls regarding an expected arrival. I called the VSR main number and the man I spoke to said he would look into and call me back with an ETA. Twenty minutes later I had not received a call back so I called, only to be told the technician would not be coming.The lack of communication was astounding and the man who I spoke to, who I am assuming is the owner, was unapologetic and gave no options to reschedule - just said it is what it is. I had to ask for rescheduling opportunities, he said he would call me the next day and I never received a call.If your repair technician is unable to make a schedule call I believe it should be up to the business to call and communicate that to the customer - you should also be calling with a solution for next available dates.Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and professionalism.

I have used this firm a few times in the past couple of years for my rental homes as well, and I can attest to the fact that they are among the best. Always available, rapid turnaround times, and incredibly amiable. I was rescued at the last minute by the owner, Smith, over the phone by his polite instructions on how to resolve certain problems I was having. These people are not your normal business that would charge a lot and then conveniently add additional expenses for other things. I could not recommend them more. They are really open and honest, highly professional, and most importantly, they do the work.

Noah showed up on time, fixed my broken dishwasher door in just over an hour, and did his work quickly and neatly. He was very economical and had all of the parts he needed on hand. Wonderful work; Without a doubt, I would hire him again! Noah, I'm grateful!
