Shoppers Drug Mart

There store is way to small. They don't have coolers, food, drinks or half the items of a standard shoppers drug mart. The shelving is so tight. They even have a sign that says dear valued customers" (i will paraphrase now) due to the size of this store we will not be able to have all items associated with a typical shoppers drug Mart. So they even admit it will not be the same. What's the use.......! Will never shop here."

Hours are way to short! 6pm close time stops anyone who works 12+ hours a day to utilize the store....

They're out of pills for my prescription drugs nearly every time i come here and you have to waste your own time going back a seperate day . It gets irritating that they don't have the brains to fix the problem by stocking better

I've been to the Shoppers a few times these past few months & I see a huge difference in many positive ways. Grace the manager is one of the nicest, hard working & kind people you will ever meet. She goes above & beyond! Thank you so much for always helping my family & I when we stop by. All the best

Out of common drugs like iron. Did not fill 3 out of 7 scripts because out of drugs. Seems to be a common theme at Shoppers. Waste of my time 3 trips to pick up prescriptions. I could have driven to Costco in same amount of time.

I have witnessed terrible service towards First Nations people many times, I strongly do not recommend especially the pharmacy.

Provided me service when needed, people we're okay, courteous and professional, in the end they did their jobs quick and easy.

Time after time, I order my medications for pick up (and give at least 2 days notice before they’re absolutely required) and Shoppers FORGETS to actually place the order, only to find out two days later when I try to pick them up!! Luckily there are several other options for pharmacies in town, so this will be my last experience with this Shoppers. I’ve gone to this pharmacy for 7 years and never had an issue at all until the past year. Very unfortunate for each and every customer, as I know I am not the only one with these experiences.

The pharmacy customer service is atrocious... you stand and wait for someone to notice you and when they do, it’s an eye roll from them, like omg I gotta help ....One of the pharmacists spoke badly about a dr...not appropriate!!I just find that they’re not helpful in anyway when my prescription is wrong or I don’t want the whole prescription filled... I take 5 kinds of meds, sometimes I don’t need all that...but when you say you only want 1, they take it personal ..Also while shopping, you hear staff in the next aisle talking about customer’s...this has happened more than once!!I used to love this store, but the staff have made it unbearable to shop ...There are other places in town that care about our business and appreciate our money...
