Received a package today. The package had been opened with a knife and item was stolen from the amazon envelope. There was a two-minute time delay between driver delivering and me checking the package. Extremely disappointing.

Very professional guys that delivered and installed the item. We had a call to say they were on there way. The floor was covered where they were to carry out the installation and they were very quick and efficient. Thanks to them.

They always drop packages in unsafe locations. I keep trying to get Amazon to blacklist them from sending my stuff. Terrible service. I have a secure building you can't get in without a key. Like how do they consider dropping a 200$ package outside safe when I'm not home? Amazon luckily is going to refund me but these guys are terrible.

The online delivery instructions has made a great difference in my deliveries!No more lost parcels or wrong address deliveries!It also shows that driver are reading the instructions!Two Thumbs up to Intercom for implementing them!

Yesterday I received a message that my package had been delivered.I hardly consider leaving my package at the end of a long driveway a proper delivery. We had several cars up and down my driveway today and the Intelcom driver doesn't bother?!?!I am not impressed. Usually I get great service from Intelcom! Please give me my usual delivery guy back!

I will be midway kind in this review. Some drivers are great, listen to drop off instructions. However after talking to customer service, I come to find out that they are not receiving my request to put my packages at my back door. After countless complaints in reviews, I guess they sent an email out saying their web services for selection doesn't work (they didn't sent it to me that's for sure) so after atleast a month of requesting that packages be put at my back door of my house and them not being. I am far from Impressed.

I have contacted Intelcom numerous times and they continue to leave my packages on the ground, out in the rain. Leaving them to be ruined and/or stolen.I have a covered front porch, yet they don't walk up to safely deliver the package.I even put up a sign to bring packages to the FRONT door and the sign went missing the same day a different package was left in the rain and mud. Coincidence?
