Well, I called to place an order for pick up and after the lady taking my order, she quoted me a total, that didn't seem right? I asked her to go through what she was charging me for and what each item costs? We realized that they were going to charge me a higher price than what was stated on there website??? I politely explained that they should charge me what is posted and it's not right to charge me more? The lady went on to give me a story of how her daughter does the website in school and that it's wrong, so I'm gonna charge you this! I remained calm and told her this is not the way it works, your prices are live on the website and that I would appreciate her honoring those prices? She became really rude to me.... the customer and hung up on me????????What are you kidding me? I work in retail and with customers on a daily basis. If I spoke to people like this and treated them like this , I would not have a job! You obviously are not doing something you love anymore, so I will not be eating there again and will be telling me experience to my friends and family

It's some of the best Chinese takeway food in London but don't expect a modern dine in experience. The honey shrimp are amazing

Ordered from here for the first time. Absolutely excellent. Delivery was fast, food was hot and it was really good. Had sweet and sour chicken, springrolls, chicken soo Guy, beef with green peppers and chicken fried rice. Everyone enjoyed. No complaints.

The good reviews here hit the spot. As for the bad one, well, calamari is traditionally not in rings, those are processed. Pagoda doesn't use processed squid only fresh. The sauce for it is a spicy plum sauce, the vinegar is for the dumplings. The dumplings are literally wrapped meatballs as pasta isn't chinese. As I last checked most home made sauces are thick not watery. And the broth to the wonton soup are light for the reason that most people enjoy soya sauce in them. Pagoda never puts more than a pinch of green onions in soups simply for a flavoring effect. The owner of pagoda is always glad to accommodate special preferences and the lady never fails to answer your question. All you have to do is ask and expect great non processed food. Rage evaluating a great restaurant to diminish its actual value only proves the little knowledge and taste you have in actual Chinese food. Enjoy.

I was quite impressed with the quality of the food and the service was excellent! The dumplings better than anything I have so far found in London Ontario, they were made from scratch and served piping hot.The chow mien was also excellent, served hot with lots of fresh vegetables and meat. I did not find anything greasy like I have before with other Chinese restaurants. All up I was very happy with the food and the service was delightful.

Their owner is a saint. Their food is delicious. You can order online for 10% off (which I usually do).Once, the owner of restaurant delivered our food 30 minutes after her store closed so my fiancee didn't have to eat reheated food, as my fiancee was coming home from shift work quite late.

I always love Pagoda palace. I like supporting family businesses as well as it's amazing food and you get a lot for what you pay. Its always freshly made and hot. They will be my Chinese food of choice for the area!

Food is always prepared quickly and is very good and fresh. Their fried rice has a delicious smokiness to it that my family loves. My favourite Chinese restaurant in London!

Food is okay but their customer service is abysmal. Don't eat in as you wait forever whilst they serve people phoning in their orders- our server actually left us to answer the phone while we were mid-ordering. Wanted to return our fried rice as it tasted burnt but figured it wasn't worth the wait .
