DO NOT SHIP YOUR BOXES HERE. Its almost 3 months and my family back home is still waiting for my box. The person that answers the phone when you call, he will just give you excuses after excuses why your box has not arrived. SHIP elsewhere. it might save you the heartbreak.

I agreed strongly with Sar Dinas.I had the same experience with the guy who answers the phone namely ERMIE. He totally doesnt know his job once your package had been shipped out of Canada. Rather, he will answer your queries in a sarcastic, rude and arrogant manner. I do really hope that the Owner or Manager is fully aware regarding how he handles customer inquiries about their package because the way he answers questions seems like he doesnt need customers at all, as if we sent our package for free. To you Mr Ermie, Horrible customer service!!SEND YOUR PACKAGES ELSEWHERE.

The staff in Canada are all great and helpful but I'm so sad when my family in the Philippines received the box half of it is empty. It didn't happen once but a lot of times.

Price Information as of April 4, 2022 according to Mr. Herminio.Large Box to Manila is $75 (if Drop off) and $90 (if Pick Up)Large Box to Ilocos Sur is $90 (if Drop off) and $105 (if Pick Up).

We've been using the door to door service for over ten years with Golden Island. So far the recipients have no issues of pilferage. The boxes are shipped via cargo ships and it takes about 1 1/2 months to arrive.
