Office Buggy
I am truly impressed with Office Buggy. Never heard of them before but took a chance and I'm glad i did. Their customer service is beyond any customer service I've ever received from any business. They make sure you get your order the way you ordered it and keep you posted personally. Not through email, but through a phone call. I don't write too many reviews but I had to for Office Buggy. Give them a try for your office needs, you won't be disappointed. Great job!!! 10/10 A++++

Office Buggy
Very Poor ExperienceI ordered a printer that was in-stock on the website. I got the order confirmation. A few days later I went to check on my order. On my order history page, there was no mention of the status of my order. So I called in. I spoke with someone who told me that there was a mistake. They said there was a not on my account, that the printer was not actually in stock, and the person who left the note said that they tried to reach out to me but could not. I got the email confirmation when I placed my order, so my email is correct in their system, however they tried to reach me somehow other than that? Carrier Pidgeon? Horseback Courier? Anyhow... the person who allegedly tried to contact me is away for a week, so I presume in their rush to leave on holidays, they forgot to do it.
