Ken, Derek and staff are the absolute best. Will work with you and not dance around what is wrong with your vehicle. They are very personable and friendly chatting with you while you sit waiting. I take all my stuff to them and have for years. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles. Thanks guys!

Five other garages in town refused to do a simple oil change on my RX8 because it is a rotary engine. Derek and the boys stepped up, welcomed me in and got it done for me without worry. Awesome service and a great staff, I highly recommend them for any automotive needs.

I bought tires in pretty good price at that time I installed new brakes from Kal Tire and I had some issues with that so I sent an email to manager and he called me back within 30 minutes and arranged new parts for exchange. I was helped by DEREK and he is so nice person. He treated my very well and resolved my issue. I'm delighted with his customer service. I've never seen that kind of services in service centers. I support Kal Tire.

The RV rental company did not properly fill up our tires and being new to RVing we didn’t know you needed special tools. Derek at Kal tire was amazing he spent a lot of time helping us out getting us back on the road and didn’t charge us one cent. I would support a company like this any day of the week.
