Great developer who cares deeply about Sustainability and Building technologies, quality and customer service. Considering the lower condo fees compared with carbon driven buildings the cost of ownership is lower than anyting else out there.

misleading marketing and advertising campaign -buyer beware. We walked into the sales office For Bronte West Condos ( Derry rd and Bronte st in Milton ). Advertised as starting at 379K. Out of the whole building only two units were 379K, then the price jumps to $550 K for a 2 bdrm. It wasn’t rocket science to see that only a few units had sold - those poor people that may have lined up thinking they were getting a deal :( it apprears this builder is waiting for poor unsuspecting seniors to “ downsize “ and buy here. It’s likely, You can buy a freehold townhome with 3 bdrms for that price! We were just astonished by the manner in which it was advertised. And if that’s how it starts - how can this builder be trusted? Very disappointed :(.
