They do a good job, highly professional,but but always comes with very scarry charges, Parts sourcing related delays are also very common. I had to help them fnd the parts my self otherwise might just be sitting there for the whole week.

In the past we had issues with this dealership it really gave us hard time specially the customer service until we dealt with a very genuine person at this location Ahmed Laftah. He is responsible and very understanding we told him about our truck problems we were going through he solved our problem with such a professionalism. Management really need more responsible and hardworking employees like Ahmed . I really wanted to thank him for his service.

Very Bad service and specially Manpreet he don’t know how to talk with customers. He is there not help trust me. Whatever you ask him his answer very rude. I will never send my truck there from now on. Don’t fix your truck from them they give estimate for $6000 and I fix my truck from outside from $1500 see the difference. Even you fixing their truck you will never get your truck back on time. They always lies. I just don’t trust them anymore. If you want to fix your truck from dealer fix from Metro truck Milton.

I usually don’t do Google reviews, but the outstanding service of Mississauga premier truck group was beyond excellence. The customer service group was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional, which is rare in today’s work world, and i was given the period as to when tech would have been finished and on short notice they were able to have my unit back before the time estimated, i give them a 5 star plus review,Thanks to Richard aleta and bikramjeet for making my experience an enjoyable one.

I sent my driver with a bus that needed a recall completed however, the parts were apparently not available. I was lucky enough to have Richard as my service advisor. After we spoke, he went right to work for me. Steven from parts managed to somehow find and bring in the parts that were needed (that no other shop could get for me), then when the parts arrived, Kyle took over and had the bus fixed in record time! Through the entire experience, Richard stayed in contact with updates as they became available. I managed to complete this entire transaction from two provinces away. A huge THANK YOU to Richard and his entire team - you guys are the best!!!

Beware, stay away from this dealer! They will tell you the diagnostic charge, but omit that it is a two hour minimum for every diagnostic. Had the truck in there for recall work and was billed for almost double the amount of time than the truck was in the shop according to my dashcam footage. Highway robbery.
