Schafer's Clock Repair Centre
I brought a gingerbread clock to Peter for repair. He explained in detail what it would take to get the clock up and running again. It was fixed within a few days. We are very pleased with the service. Note: the clock timing was running fast so I gave Peter a call and he sent me instructions/video of how I could adjust the timing myself. It took literally a minute to adjust and has been running perfectly since. Thanks again Peter.

Very happy with Peter's work - fast and reasonable prices. He repaired a 100+ year old wall clock that has been in the family since new but has not worked since the 1950s! And also replaced the glass on a mantel clock. Both and ticking away again. Peter even sent me a replacement key for one of them after I misplaced the original.

I just had my 1960's German mantel clock repaired by Peter and I'm so happy with his services. He responds very quickly. Right from the beginning he knew all about this type of clock. Because I'm quite a distance away, he arranged to meet me closer by to drop off my clock when he was in the area. Also, he sent a video that assured me he had gotten the clock working. I would highly recommend his services to anyone wanting their vintage clock repaired.

I can’t say enough good things about Schafer’s. Peter repaired and refurbished the movement in my Arthur Pequegnat clock (circa 1904-1916). The clock is a family heirloom and hadn’t worked in decades and now it’s working like new again. Peter was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and did the work on time and for a very reasonable price. He’s even trying to help me track down a bezel for the clock to replace the one that was lost decades ago. A great family owned business!
