Amazing food, friendly staff and cleanliness is always up to par. I've almost tried the whole menu and the food is extremely delicious and fresh every time! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for yummy, healthy food and a great experience.

The portion sizes are 1/3 what you'd get at any other Freshii locations. I'd like to point out that one of the plates I ordered (in the photo) was missing the chicken.The other plate was also 1/3 the normal portion size--which leads me to believe that the portion issue is purposefully bad management trying to squeeze money out of using less product for the same price. I sincerely hope I am wrong, but I will try to support other locations that I've never had a problem with. This location I will avoid in the future, because it kinda looks like this was on purpose.Thankfully Doordash honored my request for a partial refund of the items affected.

I've been to much better Freshii's around the city than this. Their portion sizes are terrible, much smaller than many other Freshiis. Prices are also high. They charge $11 for some rice and some vegetables that don't fill you up. Not one star because at least the staff were nice and store was clean, but there are many other better lunch options around the area.

Ordered a Tortilla soup just now, for pick-up. Description from the site: “ tortilla chicken broth, brown rice, kale, avocado, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, tortilla chips”When I got home, it’s literally just a bowl of oily broth. Not word of exaggeration. Not a single grain of rice, not a single veggie, not a single bean.Also ordered a Pangoa bowl, and it was 95% rice. One cherry tomato, cut in half.And somehow, the app asks for a tip.

Worst Freshii in the city in my opinion. I've tried it multiple times now and am always disappointed with it. It just lacks the flavour other locations offer. I'm not sure what they are doing different, the only thing I can think of is that they cheap out on the sauce they add to the bowls.

lazy staff who dont even know how to say please if they want a third party delivery driver to pick the drinks for the order . go sit at home if you dont like your job. its your responsibility to complete order and hand over to me.

Outstanding food. Great price. Unfortunately, there's a faint scent of sewer gas noticeable. Really lessens the overall experience ☹️

I use to love freshii. Unfortunately the quality of the food has gone downhill. The vegetables were not fresh. One of the broccoli in my bowl had some discoloration. The rice was a little hard. The meal was not very good. It was definitely overpriced for the quality that was offered.
