Country Landscape Maintenance & Irrigation lethbridge

Not an honest man to deal with. Still owes me money from almost 3 years ago. Im not a finance company Colter pay up!!

Country Landscape has been the worst company to deal with and has provided the worst quality in landscaping that we could have imagined. From the outset Colter promised us that the level of service would be of a high caliber, but it was anything but that. We paid them over $20K and didn't get what was promised to us in the design, and on top of that within a year of being completed many of the installed items are broken or falling apart. The follow are reasons not to hire Country Landscape:- Promised start date for backyard would be April or May, but didn't start or finish until July- Promised us a drawing that included a spiral staircase and painted fence, neither of which were done. Only told us the week of that he couldn't find a spiral staircase as he had quoted and said it would be double the cost and take an additional 4 weeks to complete. Also, didn't mention he doesn't do painting until after the fact, but had told us originally that it was part of the quote. Then had someone else do a paint quote for an extra $5K.- Chose one color of paving stones for us based on our house, then ordered the wrong color and installed them before realizing it was the wrong color.- Didn't install parking pad properly and now all the stones are uneven and the underly is ripped up. We will need to get this fixed.- Didn't install gate properly. Lock ripped off the door and then the enter door ripped off the fence.- Didn't install paving stones correctly. Entire section has caved in.- When asked if he would fix it as all of these problems occurred in less than 6 months since install, he said that it was not his fault and that we would have to pay additional money to get fixed.- Never responds to text messages in a timely fashion.- Forced us to pay before everything was completed and ultimately didn't complete the design he promised.Do NOT pick this Contractor. I highly recommend going with another contractor. It's not worth the headache or money. We are so displeased and angered by the level or service and quality that Colter and Country Landscape have provided.

I would never deal with them again. Awful attitude and when installing my fence they made just the poorest quality of workmanship. I would avoid them like the plague.

I Own a Fencing company and Colter Has graciously provided a few jobs for me. I have been able to see him and his Crew work around me at these jobs and some others in new development. They are a legit crew, They work hard and there Landscaping jobs look great. Thanks!

This is my first one star review . I'm not that kind of person that does one star reviews but definitely Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this business
