We had the pleasure of working with Steve at World floor coverings and we are beyond happy with the service and quality of the job they did for us. They have been in our home for the past 2 weeks demoing tile, taking out our old flooring and replacing it with new LVP and Carpet. We are beyond excited for the fresh new look we have in our home. From beginning to end the service levels and the quality of product and install have exceeded our expectations and I would absolutely recommend working with Steve and the team at World Floor coverings. We recently had to have a large part of our basement rebuilt due to a house fire. We had a lot of anxiety and hesitation going into this process because we had a beautiful basement prior to the fire. Now we had to start all over. The thought of choosing flooring, finishings and living through renovations was causing us a lot of stress. Thankfully we met Don at World Floorcoverings. He provided us with various samples of laminate within our budget and showed us a great selection of carpeting. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the pros and cons of each product and guided us to make choices that would suit our family best. Knowing that we had teenagers he provided us with durable, waterproof, and long-lasting products. Don was fantastic to deal with from the beginning of our flooring journey right through to following up with us once the flooring was installed. We now have an even more beautiful basement with floors that are built to last. Don and his team went above and beyond to provide superior customer service.

We needed to update our flooring as they were original from 1985. Markus and his team were there every step of the way making it super easy and enjoyable. The installers were also top notch and very accommodating. I highly recommend you give them a chance on your next project.

It was a great experience with the company. Everything from picking the floors, delivery and installation. Sergei and his partner Oleg did a great job on my floors. Everything was done professionally, I was informed every step of the way on what’s going on, they went above and beyond to make sure it is done correctly and it was done in a fast manner. Shout out to world floor coverings! My husband and I worked with Don who was extremely helpful in providing guidance, knowledge, and overall expertise to help us pick the perfect colour and appropriate flooring for the space. We had the floor installed by Greg, who was amazing to work with. The level of care and detail at each step of the way helped us to feel comfortable throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the end results! Highly recommend.

My home flooded and the flooring had to be completely replaced on every level. I chose World Floor Coverings because I was impressed with their inviting showroom, knowledgeable staff and excellent prices for such high quality products. I am very pleased with the service I received from all of the staff when in on multiple occasions. I dealt with Mike McCormick mostly and he was always quick to offer advice, answer questions and accommodate my requests. The vinyl flooring I chose was from the Select Collection, Cedars" color and I am so very pleased with it. The quality is excellent

We needed to update the carpet in our baby's bedroom and wanted to make sure it was comfortable for her to crawl on. Don and his crew hooked us up with a fantastic carpet that not only suits the room but is very comfortable. Top quality! Will be recommending World Floorcoverings to everyone.

Our new floors are now in and we couldn’t be happier with them! From the first time we walked through the doors until the last tradesman left, there was nothing that could have been done better.
