I arrived at 10:45pm and was calling the Oshawa locations phone number for about 20 minutes. Thought it was strange because i know it says they close at 12am online. I later then got inside and spoke to one of the regular customers that were there. I told him i was calling to rent for an hour, he called the same number i was calling and sure enough the person responsible for that telephone answered. I watched him come out of a room, and it looked like he just woken up. He didn't even greet me, first thing the guy said was hey we're closing in 45 minutes you cant be here" I said i know but i need to rehearse for one hour and all i need is a mic and space. He then said " Naw man you can't hang out here". I said "Hang out?

Nice big rooms.. some trouble with some of the equipment there but overall sound was nice good pricing

If you can manage to actually book a room. It does the trick. It's an old building but pretty well maintained.

Love the place. The rooms are big enough and well sound -proof. It is mid-way between Toronto and Peterborough - the perfect spot for our band.It's just off 401 , parking is big enough, no-one is interfering.

Roofs leaking, prices are always going up, ridiculous late charges" if rent isn't in on the first day of the month.....but they know there isn't anywhere else to rehearse so they squeeze everyone and everytime."

Its ok if your looking for a place with lots of studios but i suggest bring your own equipment, tubes aren't changed and some cabs don't work. Also when you call, it is extremely hard to get a hold of them and even when you leave a message they won't return your call.

I rented a room here for a few months... never signed a contract.. when I left I gave notice and wanted my deposit back. It’s been 6 months and I still haven’t got it back. I was hung up on by the main office. The woman was extremely rude. These people are degenerates..Remy the guy that runs the place is awesome.I would not rent another room from this company ever again
