OK Tire

I have to give so many thanks to Chris and his team at OK Tire they went above and beyond. This isn't the first time I have been to see them but this time it was very urgent because of a major oil leak and it was a mess, ended up being a product failure,this team went to work fast and was able to find out what the problem was and fix within a 24 hour time span knowing this was my only transportation with my son and his wheelchair. Thank you for not only making this situation right but for also caring about what we needed. I will come back for all my vehicle needs and recommend to anyone who needs a place they can trust the right things will always be done.

Staff seemed friendly enough, but tried to take advantage of a young female by failing a safety check for something that was quoted at almost $300 to fix.. was able to have a family member fix it for $28 and less than an hours work. Won't be returning there!

This is the second appointment that I have had issues with times. I had an appointment at 10 am for a Tire change over. I was told at booking and drop off that it would be about 1 1/2 hours . I returned an hour and ten minutes later to see that my car hadn't even been started yet. I was told another 20 minutes to get it in. So I waited still nothing. I ended up leaving. I understand that things come up but both appointment times? The purpose of booking ahead is to plan your day. Not good customer service. Do better!

Mount my winter tires on new steel rims. My wife and I delivered our 2018 Santa Fe to OK Tire, 10 Eisner Blvd., Dartmouth. Wade was our courteous contact who took care of everything. Right around the corner was Cora's so we went there for a tasty breakfast. All in all, we were could not stop talking about our treatment by the folks at OK Tire, and they reminded us to get our wheels retorqued after 100 km. Thanks Wade!

A few months ago I parked my vehicle here the night before my appointment thinking my appointment with Major Discount was here. It unfortunately was not the right location, but OK tire found a phone number in the vehicle trying to figure out why it was there, discussed with me at lunch time, and still had the time to inspect it, mount new tires to it, and repair the front control arm before close of business that day. This is 5 ⭐️ service.

Great first impression. Clean office and very friendly and welcoming staff! Was very impressed my first time having my car serviced! Mike assured a reasonable price to fix my transmission lines and kept me up to date, which I very much appreciated he was upfront and honest about the issue at hand! Even went above and beyond getting solid parts and cleaned the oil off the underneath of my car as a courtesy at no charge! Will be back for more service! Thank you OKTire! Be careful who you trust. Service staff was very friendly and professional on the phone, but almost got taken advantage of. Went in for an alignment, and was quoted several thousand to replace the steering rack and tie rod when they said they couldn't do an alignment without repair. Took it to two other mechanics for a second opinion and both said there was no problem. They also saw that my safety inspection was up and offered to do that, and quoted several hundred in exhaust and brake repairs to pass. Another mechanic passed it without issue, commenting that the only point he agreed on was the rear brakes would need to be replaced in the near future, but still passed the safety standard.

Called to schedule a maintenance service and electronic diagnostic for my Audi A6. They were honest and courteous to say that they might not provide an adequate service since my car was European. They suggested another place, where I went to and got an excellent care for my car.Thank you for being professional and honest.

I had my winter tires swapped with my summer tires, the wheels were balanced and the car was given an alignment. A proper service was done and the staff were incredibly helpful. 100% satisfied. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get work done with the opportunity to pick up later or wait in the front room with air conditioning.
