Vimal is an all-star. I brought him my car on a Thursday and it was fixed by Friday. I wasn’t even expecting a call back for at least a week. I highly recommend his services. Huge thanks to Westcoast Auto Repair. My car broke the Friday before the long weekend that I was getting married. The owner fit us in without an appointment and had it fixed before the time he said he would. He even knocked some $$ off of our bill to better match his quote and for a wedding gift. He was super calm and had an excellent attitude despite having a really busy garage. They’ve also maintained a number of my family’s other cars and we know that the owner is always honest, realistic, and never condescending when explaining things about your car. We really can’t thank these guys enough.

Took my ford Escape to get the brakes done. Very fair prices and then as i first time customer Vimal let me borrow a lock socket to change a flat on my honda fit at home as i had misplaced mine. Above and beyond service.

There is a reason this business has the high ratings it has. We didn't know of West Coast Auto Repairs and a year ago based on it's rating were drawn in. Let me say that they are all that and a bag of chips. Vimal is an outstanding business man who knows how to run a business. He has top notch workers. He and his team are dedicated, sincere, honest and professional.

Had my truck towed after dropping it off before work. Parked it between bay doors, one too far south of Venus Auto (which is where it was intended for). My mistake but instead of checking with Venus to see if it was one of theirs, Westcoast towed it immediately before Venus could get to it. Called the Manager, Viemal and he stated he didn’t think to ask them and they needed the space for their vehicles even though it wasn’t blocking a bay. Cost me $223 just for them to get back at their neighbours through me. My mistake in the end but sad way to operate on their part.

West-Coast is the place to go. They've always been transparent with my repairs and are excellent at procuring parts, no matter how obscure.In conjunction with their great communication, I couldn't recommend them more.
