Holy milkcow! I have only had great experiences here. This is soft serve with toppings but they have two specialty dishes - croffles and souffle pancakes. My usual go to is the honeycomb soft serve, but recently tried the cookies and cream croffle. Amazing flavour and textures. I would say the plain soft serve may not be enough but you can get a topping to make it the best dessert ever!

Very nice dessert store in Richmond I can say! More than 12 types of soft serves with toppings, I like Tiramisu and Milky Cube the most. They also have many options for brewed teas/refreshers/ and coffees. The staffs are friendly too! They open quite late (1:00pm on the weekends), I wish they can open earlier :)

Milkcow is the perfect spot to satisfy any sweet tooth. Their soft serve ice cream is a hit and an absolute must try. There is a variety of options and flavours to chose from. Depending on the season you can also get watermelon ice cream and cotton candy soft serve.

Had the Tiramisu and it was good. I wasn’t blown away. It’s a little small and a little pricey. Thought the best part was just the regular old soft serve, which wasn’t too intensely sweet. I might have to come back and try just a plain soft serve.

As far as soufflé pancakes and ice cream go, the ones for this place was very underwhelming. The soufflé pancake here wasn’t the worst I’ve had, but it was far from the best. The pancake was super dense, the dough wasn’t mixed properly because you can visibly see the egg whites in the cooked pancake and it tasted heavily of egg. There was about 1 whole strawberry that it came with, so quite stingy with the fruit. The ice cream was super watered down, I barely tasted the dairy in the ice cream and it was not creamy at all.Overall, not impressed and I would not come back here for anything as there are much better dessert alternatives in the city.

Oh man! my bf and I checked this place out during the ice cream festival, I got the watermelon option and he got this dreamy cotton candy concoction, they were both thoroughly delicious. The watermelon softserve was so watermelon-y! and served in a BIG chonk of watermelon, and they even put chocolate chips in in place of seeds. I feel like the actual desserts were really yummy and also just - playful and cute. Details like that make things perfect. My inner child was having a play day, and you should heavily consider taking yours here too and buying them some ice cream.

Really good ice cream! The croffles were good but a bit too buttery. The toppings are unique and the cotton candy is a nice touch! Highly recommend the black pearl.

I'm usually not a big fan of desserts, kids wanted ice cream to cool off. Found a place in Richmond that offer soft serve with a twist. Walked in and noticed they offered Japanese souffle pancakes. Had to try them all!First off, the presentation of the soft serve was like art. Kids went wild and order their favorite. It tasted as good as it looks.Second, the Japanese pancake, if you never has them, you should try them. Taste like clouds, soft and wiggle as it bounces off your fork. They do take about 20mins to make so have some patience. Incredibly delicious!!Good friendly service.
