Unfortunately my experience at this clinic with the healthy beginnings program was very frustrating. I’ve shared my story with many professionals in this field and they believe the nurses advice and interventions were unnecessary for my daughter. I would be happy to speak to a manager about my experience as I hope things can change for other new moms.

We've been a few times now for regular weigh-ins and immunisations for our daughter. We've never waited long, we've always found the place clean, and I've been consistently impressed with how quickly and carefully they work. They gave us tips on how to hold our daughter while she was being immunised, and answered all of our general health questions. Since the pandemic started they've let us know that only one parent can go in at a time, which is a shame but is completely understandable. Very welcoming and supportive.

I called to reschedule my son’s immunization appointment; however, when the lady finally answered my call and asked for Alberta's health number, I told her I didn’t have it with me and was about to ask if it's okay to retrieve his record thru the name. Still, she did not give me a chance to speak. She hung up the phone.

I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. After the lady finally answered my call she took another 5 minutes to look at the schedule and had no idea what she was doing. After I confronted her she told me they were looking to book in November. Then she tells me December 1st is my appt.I called Millwoods immunization and got the appointment 5 days from now. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. There are many people in the center and the staffs are helping everyone patiently. The nurse that helped me and my son is super nice. She is professional and patient. She provided information in details and slowly, so I won't miss anything that I need to know. Thank you so much!

Made a vaccine appointment same day, 2 hours from when I called. Was in and out in under 30 minutes (including the 15 min mandatory waiting time afterwards). Everyone was extremely helpful and professional.

Can be difficult to get appointments, most are booked months out but the staff are incredible both with babies and new parents.
