Extremely Disappointed In my First Experience working with Cargill.Went in for an interview and got the job due to related experience of 1+ years in working in a meat processing facility.1+ years experience in sanitation, cleaning and working safely around food products.I started my Orientation, And had heard a comment made in the training video room from two gentleman behind me ( Harassment ) And had called in for my second day of orientation due to the frustration I endured about the situation.I went in the following day to see If I still had a job with this company I thought I would love to work for which I still do, I had filed a harassment complaint form with security and have been waiting for my interviewer to call me back about when I can come in and start to no avail. No Phone call returns, And as far as Im concerned the harassers that had made comments probably still work there while I with fair experience in the trade am probably now looking for a new job once again.It makes me wonder why I take the appropriate approach to take care of things the right way When Im still out of a job at the end of the day.I was extremely excited to work for such a reputable company who is retiring over 250 workers that have worked for the company for 20 + years.

I clean at Cargill it is fine

Clean and wide open. Empty trailers must be dropped at the yard on the corner of Watson rd and Watson parkway. Easy pickup and then scale out.

I love work Cargill because high salary,lot People working from different countries, i have more Friends inside the company specialy Freebreak area i am enjoy my work everyday!

Seems like a great place to work, very thorough orientation and the people seem very friendly

Security guards that are new on the front gate will detain you at any means necessary whether you've had prior consent of the company to go in and out when dropping off Spouses. The Tall Guard and the Older Elderly Guard are the exception.Once you get by that, the employees are nice and the staff is friendly. So why can't the new guards coming in be the same way???.

If the cold environment is the worst part, clearly you have not been there that long

I wasn't too happy with a four hour wait for my load. I don't know if this is the norm or just a weekend occurrence.
