Would rate it ZERO if possible.Had a confirmed reservation for more than a week and no one cared to call me saying that there were no vehicles available until I called when arrived to the airport. Currently searching for cars elsewhere. Really miserable service. Never again.

Staff are very friendly and professional. They even put the effort to remember your name! Cars are in excellent condition!

Refused to pick up my husband from our nearby hotel. Didn't have a child seat available. Refused to allow us to drop the car off at Jonquiere office despite a snow storm in the forecast so my husband drove the car to Chicoutimi, but was unable to get a taxi back to the train station in the storm and missed the only train home for the next week. He had to stay an extra night in Chicoutimi at great expense, and find another way to get home to Gatineau with no bags or clothes (because they were with me on the train) while I took a 12 hour train ride with our two year old. We used to love Enterprise. They've been our go-to for years. What a way to lose loyal customers.
