excellent serviceThe fellow who runs this store is soft-spoken and polite. He is interested in giving good service, and helping you figure out what you need at a very fair price. There are various services that they offer, I bring old books sometimes to be re-bound, I have had a calendar made up, and business cards. This is a gem of a place.

The hours of operation are not conducive to the service they provide. What good is a FedEx pickup center, if they are closed when you're free, and open when you are at work? Am I expected to take time off work to pick up my package? 9 to 5, Monday to Friday is as standard a shift as it gets... being open 1 hour later on Mondays gives those of you a 1 hour a week window to pick up your package, and since they only hold your package for a week, you better not miss it... and what about long weekends? Most of them fall on a Monday... so it's entirely possible there will litterally be no chance for you to pick up your package.... how convenient! Sorry, but that makes no sense at all. The only saving grace is that you can call and have them send it to another depot, most of which run more sensible hours...

I was in desperate need of some clear shipping labels to be printed, and I went to about 7 other places who all said they couldn’t do it. Sure Copy was my last hope - and they definitely delivered. Peter is such a nice guy and did the job in about 45 seconds, and charged me a toonie for it. Unreal service… will definitely be back again when my fiancée has more things she needs printed (and has me do them, of course). Thanks Peter!

NeVER SeND Your documents from her via FEDEX!!!!!!I had to send a letter to my sis asap! And i sent it through here via FedEx. I paid full amount and 100% charged it to my card. Until now, fedex kept emailing me to pay it again. I am so lucky to ask for a receipt otherwise i have to pay twice. . Very inconvenient and frustrating!!!!!!@

Highly recommend Peter's services. He's polite, has a super chill demeanor and to the point. We needed a small number of wedding invitations printed. The print quality was mint, and we received the invitations the same day (though, it likely depends on the day-of demand) we put through the order even though we weren't in a rush. We also found the price point fair and will be returning to have the remainder of our wedding stationery printed here!

Polite guy but the shop not able to print large size files. Most importantly, get every single detail thing of your print file set for them. Never wish them to offer help. If they printed in a way you don’t want. Never ever try to tell them they are wrong and hoping they can make it right. You will be genteelly kick out of the store.

The shop keeper here is an excellent and very professional individual. I've used him for shipping many many times, as well as for printing. He's always very personable and friendly as well.
