48th Highlanders Museum
A small but mighty museum located in the basement of St. Andrew's Church. Only open for a few hours each week on Wednesday and Thursdays. It's staffed by friendly and knowledgeable volunteers. Although the museum is free, do consider making a donation. And don't forget to sign the guest book.

Impromptu visit today with my nephew. What a warm welcome we received. We walked around for a few minutes to look around and were quickly joined by a wonderful guide ( unfortunately I didn't get his name). His kindness and patience was great as he shared the history of each donated artifact. Was able to answer all my nephew's questions even if it was information he'd already provided. We were able to spend about 30 minute before the little guy got antsy.Museum is free but please donate to this guardian of Toronto History.Very much enjoyed the bonus story on Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip
