My items in my vehicle were messed up, and my credit card as well on the floor and my mat on my seat was on the floor under dirty too! Then that maybe they didn’t wash my car.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude and charges double for the same service at other Honda dealers. Just ask for an air condition service. $380 to look at the air conditioning just to look, other dealers $170. When I asked what do they do for the $380 was met with the standard that is what we charge take it or leave it, so I did and left to another dealership. Rude as they get, let’s see how long you stay in business when you chase away the customers who supported the previous owners for many years. Run, do not walk from the dealership, now under new ownership.

Picked up my brand new 2023 Honda HRV this week and just wanted to highlight how great the entire process was from start to finish. After a negative first impression at another Honda location, I decided to visit Honda Thornhill and it was a breath of fresh air; greatly due to my sales agent, Yasmine. She was EXCELLENT! Knowledgeable of the vehicles, professional, engaged in meaningful conversation, and just had an overall positive attitude. Due to demand and personal preferences I had to wait 2 months for my vehicle to arrive and throughout the entire process Yasmine stayed in contact, providing periodic updates and ensured I was informed every step of the way. The wait was therefore easier and so much sweeter at the end when I finally got my car. Additionally, I must say that for the base model, the vehicle has so many features, especially in comparison to the CHR that I traded in. As a new mom of two, I was in desperate need for more space but still didn't want anything too huge. The HRV was therefore perfect and my family and I are very happy with the purchase. First of all big big special thanks to Yasmine. I was feeling frustrated by calling all the Honda dealerships around the Gta but only this dealership helped me out. Fortunately I went to this place and meet Yasmine. A very polite and co-operative sales person I have ever met. She helped me get the Honda civic in one month and 8 days which was quite imposssible due to high demand of this vehicle. Again a big thanks to her and the finance manager Ray.

I bought a brand new 2023 Odyssey in cash having issue of ACC since day one. They just deny this is a issue while all other Honda working as spec and fool me this is it with mine and Honda’s manual goes wrong. I ended up going to another dealership and open a claim with CAMVAP after hundreds phone calls and emails for almost 3 months. After the payment, I don’t mean anything either to its sales or service. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

He insured that we would about the car know properly and in details.we bought Honda HR-V as our first car .He demonstrated professionalism and comfort. Excited to be on the road! Highly recommend! I had wonderful experience at here. I was aware the good reputation and wonderful customer services of of Thornhill Honda and so the trouble to travel 50km back & forth from my place to buy the Van from them. I was assisted by Mr A.J. Sadiqai and he was very helpful. I had a trade vehicle. He helped me with the negotiation and provided me all my additional requirements for the Van. Most of all he is a man of word. The Van came with one FOB but he assured to send a technician and make me a second FOB at my home free of cost. He also assured me to come himself to do a minor work which the technician missed. He also gave me a Touch up Paint for free. This kind of service is hard to find even in Canada. I wish AJ's good health and prosperity. I would definitely recommend this dealer. Thank youDt: 4th March'23On 18th February'23 i took the car deilvery, the sales person sincerely attended me as i mentioned in my previous review. Upon returning home i opened the hood to refill windshield fluid and thundered to see the parts (as per photos) detached from lying under the hood, few broken plastic screws were found there. I assume the technicians did hurry to deliver me the van and forgot to attach the part (probably air vent) to it's proper place. I called AJ and he said he would come at my home on the next working day with the screws and fix the issue. By the time i checked in youtube and put the part back to it's place and tried to tighten up with the broken plastic screws. I informed AJ with the photo's with caption (these photos) and his words counted to me, he is a gentleman. I was waiting for him to come. However as he promised he arrange to duplicate a FOB key so there were no reason for me to doubt him for few screws. Days went by and he didn't come, i sent him and Ryan texts/emails. I again msged him that - if it's too much hectic for him to come to me then he can send some screws by Canada Post and i am confident to fix it by myself. However finally got his reply email saying - his service manager didn't allow him to come rather asked me to drive back and forth to Thornhill to their service station. Ryan called with the same language and i said i don't have time to go there for some screws. I mean it's just some plastic screws i could probably buy from Canadian Tire of PartSource. But AJ gave his word to bring those to me. Ryan finished the conversation taking some time from me to talk to his Service manager again to convince him. I don't blame AJ or Ryan for this de-satisfaction of mine at the end of the deal. They tried. I blame their irresponsible technicians and general manager.I had no intentions to rewrite/add up my past review. But i am disappointed after spending $21K cash on top of my Mini Cooper which they will be selling for $14k. Just do the math how much my Odyssey 2015 Touring (Millage-191159km) was paid for.Wish all the best to AJ & Ryan. Thank you

I bought a Honda accord from them a few years ago and had a great experience. Their sales persons were really knowledgeable and helpful. Probably, they had the most number of Honda cars in Ontario. Due to this reason, i recommended this dealership to many friends and family members in my circle. But, the situation has been changed a lot just recently or may be after Covid. This time when I went back to this dealership, I had a complete different experience. First, they lie about the cars they have, second hided the car fax reports and force you into signing for a vehicle you have no intention of buying by saying it’s just a formality. Nowadays, their sales guy force you to put a deposit even if you are just asking for information. They are not transparent in their communication. I even heard the case where their sales people took the deposit and said that it’s just for running numbers and see if you would be qualified to do the deal, the individual didn’t find it suitable and then he asked for the deposit back and the sales guy started to threat him that he has to buy this otherwise he would have to pay the damages. What a great professionalism. I am very disappointed.
