From quote to install everything went smoothly and they sure provide a great update to the cabin, both inside and outside! AWFUL!Wish I could provide a Negative 5 Star rating. This has been the absolute worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The absolute lack of communication is absurd, especially when the president, Raaj had personally promised he would try better…. His Favorite response is “my bad”. Well yes Raaj it is your bad and you really don’t care. But it’s also my bad for continuing to believe you would improve and deliver.It has taken over one year in a new build to get the windows and screen resolved. It wasn’t supply chain issues, it was 100% poor management.Still trying to get some exterior handles for some sliders… I will likely have to go elsewhere to figure that out. What’s the point of having lower level sliders if you can’t close them up?Take your business elsewhere and avoid the headaches of chasing this organization and it’s myriad of pirates.You will thank me for the warning!

Worst company ever..DO NOT go here, I will not recommend anyone to use this company for business. They might look less costly or really fancy, but the quality is garbage and you will be stuck with absolutely no service for years to come.We had new glass exterior doors installed for a new home after sales person said that they provide excellent service for 25 years guaranteed.With in first 5 months, we had quality issues specifically with multiple doors(exterior swing door, patio slider door) and called service line multiple time. Almost all the installed doors have issues.We called them for the exterior doors multiple times as the exterior door does not lock anymore and does not turn on the alarm(safety issue).2-June - Called salesman and owner call, text, Whatsapp and sent them video of the issue3-June, 4-June,7-June - called them, no reply(they stopped taking calls)9-June, 10-June - Called office three times and they called back on 6/11 and said they cannot schedule a service call for another two weeks as they are busy in Production.I wonder who are they selling to and Producing for if they cannot fix for the already sold items. DO NOT go here, stay away from this business.

Deceptive Practices and False Promises: A strong Warning to any one even considering Enerstar Windows. **ZERO** stars!!!! I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the experience I have had as a customer of Enerstar Windows. The level of deception and false promises I encountered throughout my dealings with your company has left me feeling cheated and compelled to share my negative experience with others.First and foremost, the customer service I received from Enerstar Windows can only be described as horrendous. It is apparent that your team lacks the necessary competence and professionalism to handle customer requests effectively. This was evident from the very beginning when I discovered that the windows delivered to me were in white, despite clearly specifying that I wanted them to be foil wrapped in black. This blatant disregard for my instructions was the first indication that I was not going to get what I paid for.To rectify this mistake, the windows were taken away and returned to me painted, rather than being foil wrapped as initially agreed upon. This unnecessary back-and-forth was a major inconvenience and demonstrated a complete lack of attention to detail on your part. It is utterly unacceptable for a company to fail to deliver on the simplest of customer requirements.However, the problems did not end there. I specifically paid for windows with 4mm and 6mm thickness, only to discover that what I received were windows with a mere 3mm thickness. When I confronted your company about this deception, your representatives shamelessly attempted to deny any wrongdoing. It was only after I presented conclusive evidence from two neutral third-party window companies that your company reluctantly admitted to the error.Despite promising to rectify the situation, the replacement windows provided were still incorrect and failed to meet the agreed-upon specifications. This ongoing incompetence and inability to deliver what was promised further highlights the deceptive practices and lack of ethics within your company. Currently my project is stalled because I can’t stucco my house because the windows still need to be replaced.In conclusion, my experience with Enerstar Windows has been nothing short of a nightmare. I firmly believe that as a paying customer, I should receive what I have paid for—no more, no less. However, your company has repeatedly failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The deceptive practices, false promises, and lack of transparency have left me deeply disillusioned. I will be contacting BBB and the news media outlets.I implore anyone considering Enerstar Windows for their window needs to exercise extreme caution. You simply do not get what you pay for with this company. The lack of ethics and poor customer service are red flags that should not be ignored. I hope that sharing my unfortunate experience will prevent others from enduring the same ordeal.

She got the broken windows repaired for free, wonderful after sales service!It is strongly recommended that those who need doors and windows find EnerStar Windows.

Jim B is the best to work with at Enerstar Windows. This man is so knowledgeable with windows and the industry in general. His customer service is second to none and he always answers my questions and phone calls. Thank you so much Jim and team for making my projects happen and saving me from much unnecessary stress. I look forward to the next project with you guys.

We just finished installing our windows in our new construction home and couldn't be happier with the service we received from EnerStar. Jim was so helpful and was able to deliver exactly what we needed in a timely manner and with zero hassle. All in all, we would highly recommend Enerstar to anyone!

Very Disappointed:(They have such a horrible Customer Service. The quality of their hardware is below Industry standard. Do NOT get trapped in their words and low price in the beginning. Once they receive their final payment, there is no customer service or warranty on their products. They only wrap the lowest quality vinyl with good looking paper which only last few months. We even approached the owner of the company to fix their faulty hardware of windows and doors we bought from them, and he doesn't even respond to our calls, or text messaging. Be aware before you select their crappie material for your dream home. We will not recommend anyone to use this company for business. They might look less costly or really fancy, but the quality is garbage. Stay away

A huge shout out to Enerstar Windows for replacing our windows at our rental house on Vancouver Island. After shopping around and getting quotes from companies on the island, I was really astounded by their prices and long long timelines. So happy to have reached out and worked with Jim on getting a quote from Enerstar. The entire process from quote to install was fast and efficient. Paul and his crew worked efficiently, always smiling, and left the job site clean. So happy I shopped around and are extremely happy with the windows!

Very professional service and quality product for an awesome competitive price! Jas was awesome in type of windows and styles when my wife and I were thinking of upgrading our windows. This family run business goes the extra mile in service in making sure everything is perfect! On site workers were professional and friendly the day of install and took extra care in the removal of old windows and while working in my home. Cant say enough about this company and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks Jas and Team!
