BELFOR Property Restoration

I contacted Belfor after the home show to have my ducts cleaned and then also hired them to do some renovation in my basement (trim, framing, drywall). They arrived on time, responded to my communications quickly, and their staff was polite and tidy in appearance. They finished the work ahead of schedule, on budget and I have no complaints about the results. I'm looking forward to working with them again.

Dealt with Belfor after an insurance claim for water damage/pipe leak and would never use them again. Had to text/call several times for every step of the tear down.They left $3000+ equipment here for months even after I contacted them 5 times to ask them to come and get it. They were large fans that was always in the way for the contractors who was rebuilding - flooring, drywaller etc. They had to be moved back and forth a million times. Eventually we weren't able to have them here anymore so we put them outside and they had the nerve to complain when they picked them up 6 months later because they were damaged from the rain - oh well! I live in a split entry with no storage room for your fridge sized equipment to stay there forever.They also damaged a window during the teardown. Though they came to fix it 6 months later because they wanted to get paid so... Would not recommend.

This is the first time I hired Belfor. Right from the beginning they were on the same page as I. They were not here just to fix the problem without knowing why my problem started. They used a drone to get to the root of the problem. From there Belfor assigned the same two guys to start and finish the job. Murray and Devon were very professional. Always on time. Very particular and explained what they did.The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating because it took a bit longer to get the job started. In defense to the Company in mid stream a new project manager was assigned. If that was communicated earlier I would have understood

I dealt with saint john crew. Took 2 months to do 20 hours work, very slack. Nailed on splash guard, left it up to plumbers to do carpentry. Took baseboards and didn't put back or even return. Put on 1 coat of paint when ceiling clearly needed 2. Unhooked light fixture and never reinstalled. I signed off on job just to get them out of my life. Might as well hire high school kids.

Kitchen plumbing leak caused damage which resulted in kitchen makeover.Very professional, always on time and did whatever work was required. I would definitely use them again.

They make life so easy after a tragedy. They take care of everything.
