The Met

I have not been to church in many, many years. I got turned off by all the doom and gloom that was being preached. My daughter and son-in-law took me to the Met, and I was very pleasantly impressed by the experience.To begin with, the building is beautiful inside and out. Inside there are many reception rooms and seating areas in the lobby. The church itself is huge, but there are big screens where you can see people on the stage. The music was lively, and everyone was encouraged to sing along. The Pastor gave a very good sermon and explained how it in to the Scriptures.Overall, I was very impressed. I wish they had a church like this in my community. I am not from the Ottawa area so unfortunately I won’t be able to go back. However, if I lived anywhere in the vicinity, I would be there every Sunday.Very impressed.

Started attending here in 2023 for the expository teaching and the inspiring worship / music team. The sanctuary seats 1400 and is typically full most Sunday services (9&11 am). Very organized, and a community that truly reflects Canadian society. Welcoming!!

You feel the presence of God in the people. Very welcoming, a great vivid community, they offer lots of services to young and old.They spread the gospels through their great community work.Awana club is great for the kids little ones up to 12 yrs.Many activities for the youth as well.

It’s Happy Impressive Caring Amazing Respectful and Loving church. As well the youth group is loads of fun.

Such a blessing to visit. Nice to see some Sovereign Grace music. The song leader led us in Great is Thy Faithfulness in the most thoughtful way, Pastor Griffith's message was indepth and rich. He didn't shy away from truth! We were so thankful for his faithfulness to the Word.

You must go to experience this welcoming atmosphere of the worshiping of God. All denominations are welcome

My Master and my God, forgive me for always wanting an easy life. I admit that I don't want to suffer, and I don't like it when things go wrong. But I ask You to help me have a good attitude and to trust You to bring good out of it.

This is a house of God. The children of God here seek to be better people by following the teachings of Jesus Christ through prayer, worship and Thanksgiving.

Large church with a welcoming ambiance. Open to newcomers. Very active and engaging church, including wide variety of programs for people of all ages.

A place where you hear a good sermon.The children club is a safe place for them to grow as they learn about the TRUE God.
